which upgrade for gpu?

aight, hey everyone again.

jus have a quick question before I make the decision;

currently I have a gtx260, and would like to upgrade it, but the question is to what? I was thinking of gettin another gtx260 then sli OR get the gtx285? but how much more will the gtx285 increase be? ive read, only about 15-20%? [correct me if im wrong] or will the SLI be better?

also; if you have any better upgrade option, then shoot it at me.

upgrading along the same series isnt really a good idea, since your basically throwing more money at the same technology. if i were you, i would just go SLI, then wait for a new series to come out (or two series...) before upgrading again.

Yeah i agree with the above,That 260 will be able to play games decently until another series comes out.

Hell.....even my GT still continues to suprise me.

My opinion- keep what you have, just wait til GT300 comes out, the GTX260 and 9800gtx perform similar except memory bandwidth, and i can still play most newer games on top settings(H.A.W.X at 1680x1050 all options maxxed with 4x AA i get 50fps average on bench and 170some max) with my 9800gtx.
