it will support it

Thanks

Still doubting though sorry. At the rear of the case where the audio jacks are going has only 3 slots, although this mother board has 6 (subwoofer..etC).

Also,

Where you put the keyboard/mouse (green, purple) jacks, there is 2 usb slots there, in the rear of the case its the standard two jacks, no usb,.

I was wondering if I could drill the other 3 holes.

3 Slots? When you recieve your board you'll get an I/O bay, the silver metal rectange, take out the old one, pop the new one in and your motherboard will slot into the tray perfectly

Yeah the 7xx series were some good motherboards.
I would spend the 10$ or so more and get the evga one.

Why would you recommend that lol, the xfx board and evga board are both made by foxconn anyhow(just like the 790i boards, but those are actually the same exact board). Plus if i remember right the xfx have a double lifetime warranty just like the xfx graphics cards. BUT- imo, i would think about going with this board, its not too much more after rebate but is a really good mobo and has all solid capicators and 8phase power:
