OCZ is the best psu for the price....

I would recommend one more change, go with a full atx mobo such as this(go with the ati card though, as this mobo supports crossfire, and down the road you could just toss in another 4830 and almost double graphics performance):

Ati Radeon HD4830 or an HD4770 if you go with the crossfire compatible board i mentioned earlier in the thread, as they are ati(crossfire compatible) cards. The HD4770 is probably the best card in its price range also.

i want to go with nivdia and i think im going to stay with the current one i choose is the one i pick bad or something

Nvidia right now in the sub $100 sector loses to amd, the 9500gt is probably about 1/3rd to 1/4th as powerful as a 4770.

if i switch to the other motherboard can i get a 4gb ram ddr2 800 or do i need 1066 with that mptherboard

Any motherboard that supports 1066mhz will work with 800mhz ddr2. Eg-

Well, 4gb will provide you plenty of memory for the future, while 2gb i would call a little low for new builds imo. These are good gpus for that price range:
