Screen is shaking

Hey,

I have Gigabyte MA78GM-US2H motherboard and I'm using its on-board video card.
i connected via the DVI port LG 1970HR monitor.

I'm using Windows Vista x64.

Occasionally, when windows is starting, my screen is shaking (not at bios, just only when I see windows logon screen).
when I restart the computer (or even switch to low power state and then return) it works okay until next time.
it happens ones in 10 logins or so....

any Ideas?
