Hi,
So I'm buying a broken Xbox 360 on eBay in hopes that I can restore it. The problem with this is that it won't read discs. So I say to myself: "I'll buy one of the Xbox 360 DVD-ROM Drives and just replace it. I know how to do that."
So here's what I'm wondering - will any of the Xbox 360 DVD-ROM Drives work with any Xbox 360 Premium system?
In case you were wondering, here's a list of the various drives Microsoft has cycled through.

What I'm asking is can I buy a BenQ VAD6038 on eBay and put it in? Even if the previous DVD-ROM drive in there was, say, a Toshiba TS-H943? Will it still work or will I have to do something else?
