^Need a budget and location, Plus i think you mean an intel cpu...intel motherboards arent that great. The only thing 3.2Ghz would be an extreme edition cpu, which is a waste of money if you are not running under ln2 or dry ice benching, the 920 can overclock easily to those speeds.
Sir, I'd really like your advice on a new build for myself! The First Lady will probably give me a budget of only $1K. I am in Calif/USA. I would like to have a system that is fast...no waiting around for stuff to open up. I'll probably want to upgrade to Windows 7 or Vista. I would like to use whatever components that are feasible from my old system. I have a keyboard/mouse and sound system already.
