Buying a 9600GT, advice?

Personally, I wouldn't buy a Zotac. Looks like a cheap brand that will break quickly.
I would stick to BFG, XFX and EVGA products.

It needs at least 400W power supply. Is your PSU good enough?

I'm doing a build and i will buy a decent psu.

Zotac is a better brand here and they sell lots of graphics cards and they have good feedback.

There arent a lot of XFX, BFG or EVGA cards for sale in Aus.

Zotac are great products...they are like the eVGA of BFG here in Europe. Everywhere you look you will see Zotac products.

I say if you get a good price on it...GET IT!

I'm not an enthusiast, but i do play some games. This is a meainstream card i know, all i play is CSS, L4D, C&C... generally older games. I probably won't even get any new games until i make a non-budget build.

Zotac, while a newer company, are a quality graphics card manufacturer. I've had a Zotac 8800GT for over a year now. Not a problem with it yet.

That doesn't make sense. It is used - but the seller claims it has a 12 month warranty.
But Zotac cards only come with a 1 year warranty. So unless it was used for a day,
that warranty is close to being expired.

i will bid on my one up to around $60.
I just some of my stuff sells on ebay soon.
It would be good if i got for 99c but some one bid so i upped my bid.

Well, I would assume that means the seller's warranty is for a year, but I wouldn't trust that. After 45 days pass, there's no way to get your money back, so the seller may just ignore you.
