help with SLI or Crossfire!!!!!

i know that for sli or crossfire you have to have 2 of the SAME graphics cards. does that mean that an asus 9500gt would sli with an evga 9500gt? or do the have t be the same brand too? thanks

They do not have to be the same brand, just the same chip.

Only thing to note is if one has higher clocks than the other, the faster one will clock down to match the slower card, so don't waste your money on a superclocked card or something to that effect.
