Will It Damage RAM to be Left Out In a Car?

I have two modules of DDR RAM that I left out in my car for a several months (probably around 4 months). I pulled them out of someone's computer to sell and accidently lost them in my car. I found them recently but have no equipment to test the modules in. The modules were in electro static sensitive packages all the time they were in my car. In your opinion do you think the modules are damaged at all?

(I know one of the modules has a lifetime guarantee on it if it is damaged.)
 
Depends really on alot of things, how hot it got out there, static even if they are in esd proof packaging, etc. Only real way to know is to test them.
 
Depends how hot it got in the car, they could be damaged. Do you have a pc you can put them in and test with?
 
From experience, i can tell you that they should be fine. They most likely are too. I left some hard drives and motherboard in a hot car for more than a 15+ hours at a time. It was when we went camping in Laughlin, horrible temps, awesome place though. And when i mean hot, i mean like 110+ F.
 
Thanks for the opinions so far. I am also of the opinion that RAM heats up to around the temperatures it would have been in my car anyway if it was being used in a personal computer. So I think the RAM modules are likely unharmed.
