reinstalling IE

How can I reinstall IE without being on line.
I can't get connected because i don't have IE installed.
It disappeared. Linksys can't get me on until I have IE.
please help if you can
 
Have a friend download and save the installer to a flash drive for you. Just make sure you get the right version for your OS.

Plug in the flash drive, run the installer, you're done!

where do I find the installer?
 
IE install

I'm running XP
I have a portable drive.
I have a lap top running vista,
any help would be appreciated.
 
I have the icon on my desk top.
it doesn't bring up EI.
I was told it might be corrupted, and that I should reinstall it.
but since I can't get on line***********
