I already have 2 computers I'm focusing on. I have a budget of less than $800. The 2 I'm focusing on are:

I need help choosing between them. I am going to use it for gaming (obviously) and maybe a little school work (typing, research, etc).
Can someone take the time to help me, can you try too look at all aspects of the 2 computers? If you have any other suggestions for a desktop PC for me in the CompUSA.com catalog, please, don't hesitate to tell me.
