windows 7 purchase?

I see people talking about windows 7...i am building a new computer and i want it to have the best of the best...how do you get it..all i see on newegg is the upgrade..where is the best place to download/buy it from?
 
The only way to have it right now is to have a TechNet or MSDN subscription is its RTM at the moment and not out to the general public until later this year sorry..
 
BUT! Some packages include Vista with a future upgrade to Win7 so now is a great time to buy as these offers will probably not last for too much longer.
