As the title states. On Sat. 08/15/09 I was cleaning up the inside of my case and notice the fan on my psu was hitting the top and wasn't freely spinning. I emailed them on the same day and got an automated response. Then later that day got a real response. On Monday they sent me an RMA. On Tuesday I sent them the defective unit and they received on Wednesday. As of Today 8/20/09 they sent me a replacement unit and tracking number which if UPS is on time I'll get tomorrow. All I can say is WOW... Computer parts can break, even the most expensive ones. But when you have customer service like this, it means everything to me. I just wanted to give a short write up and THANK YOU to OCZ...
And no, I don't work for them and I'm not being forced
