What is the best Photo Editing Software...

I have a Asus laptop 3gb with Windows Vista 64-bit and I wanted to know what is the best photo editing program out there that supports 64-bit Vista (besides photoshop) and has a convenient price no more than $40 that gives no problem installing regarding too much memory space required??

Save your 40 bucks and try gimp. It's a free photo editing software and can be used to create graphics as well.

Not sure if it'll be supported, but Photofiltre (correct French spelling) is also an excellent mid-range editor. Also runs off a USB stick, which can be handy.

I highly recommend Paint Shop Pro. I'd look for a used copy on eBay.
