Stuck between three cards!

Right so for my build I'm still stuck on video cards because I keep finding new ones that might be better! :o

These are the three ones I've narrowed it down to:
-XFX ATi Radeon HD 4890 XT 1GB DDR5
http://www.wantitall.co.za/PC-Hardw...0-GB-DDR5-PCI-E-2-0-Graphics-Card__B0022NHQDW

-Sapphire HD 4890 Vapox-X Battlestation Edition 2GB DDR5 GPU

-EVGA GeForce GTX295 Co-op Edition 1792MB DDR3 PCI-Express 2.0 Graphics Card

I really need help choosing. From what I understand the Sapphire is the best, with best clock speeds and most VRAM. Is the 295 any better of should I go with the 4890 XT?

Thanks for the help :)

The 295 is a dual GPU card, so yes it is better. Unless you plan on running two of the Sapphires in crossfire X, then go with the GTX295.

Is it worth all that money? Or would one Sapphire be good enough to handle games like GTA IV, Red Alert 3, Far Cry 2 and HAWX?

depends, what resolution? if its under 1920x1200 i would say the 4890, 1920x1200, if its higher than that i would say the gtx 295

Well a 295 will handle GTA4 to a degree but last I checked GTA4 doesn't support SLI.

4890 in SLI are suppose to hand it to the 295 though and it costs less about $100 less.

Correct me if I am wrong here fellas but I am pretty sure I am right.

Correct it doesnt.

The price of two 4890s is about R7000, ($1000) and the price of a GTX 295 is about R7000 ($1000) too.

The screen I'm PLANNING on getting plays has a resoultion of 1920x1080. Its full HD too, and getting it for a bargain of R2000 ($285).

Should I just got for Sapphire Radeon HD4870 X2 2GB DDR5, because that beats the 4890 hands down?

And would a corsair HX750W be able to run it?

Alright then, I'll be getting the 4870x2. Not going to be able to get the extra money for a 5xxx series card. And Nvidia is too expensive.

Thanks for all the help :)

Yeah I can't wait to see the DX11 cards....wish they would release some good info on them.
