My computer doesn't have a PCI-E slot, it only has a PCI slot and I need to buy a graphics card that is capable of running Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

They don't make one good enough to run that game decently. It's time to save your money and get a new system. You can get a decent tower built for less than $500 that will be 5 times as better as the ones you can buy in the stores.
