I am currently using the computer that has the problem. Fortunately I am able to login to the computer that has the problems. It seems that the programs I used to scan the computer was not able to delete the virus \ trojan. I was told that I have a patching virus. I am lost and do not know what to do. First of all when my computer starts it gives me the logonuie.exe error and sometimes it able top login to the desktop and sometimes it is not. Second i am not able to go into safe mode. Third of all when I try to do a non destructive recover on my computer I get this message stop: c0000135 unable to locate component, this application has failed to start because user32.dll was not found reinstalling the application may fix the problem. Fourth issue is that i am not able to install any programs to scan my computer with. Finally I do not think that i need to reformat my whole haddrive because i am able to login to the computer most of the time. Here is what I can offer you guys a hijack log and any help will be greatly appreciated. I had problems with my computer before and some one on this forum helped me. I am sure someone can. I will resort to the destructive format of my haddrive if nothing else works.

You needed to run Hijackthis after you ran Malwarebytes. So please do another hijackthis scan and post a fresh log.

When i used combofix to run the scan and the computer restarted combofix messed up my internet connection and was unable to reconnect to the forum to give you the log. I had to do a system restore and undo what combox had done.

You should still have the combofix log located at C:\combofix.txt. Please copy and paste the log back here.

sorry I am having trouble uploading the file or pasting what is on the txt file because it says it excceds the 19.1 kb or the text exceeds the number of characters

All I can say is WOW!!!!!

You were very infected and still are. Please run a new hijackthis scan and post the fresh log.

Depending on how bad your log is, you might want to think about backing up any data you want saved and doing a fresh install.

But before running hijackthis please download and run Ccleaner. Delete the temporary internet files and the system temp files.

Also please run a new malwarebytes scan but make sure it is fully updated first as the latest database is 2854, you were running 2844. After running malwarebytes, run hijackthis and then post both logs back here.

Thanks for your help anyway i think that performing the reformating of my harddrive will be the best thing thing to do.

Please uninstall these programs Restart
Then uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware
Restart

Then also provide a new HJT scan log

You wont believe what happened to my computer when i did the destructive recovery and reinstalled all the programs that I use on my computer. When i finished installing all the programs I got an explore.exe run error message memory cannot be written then i found out that the Trojan or virus came back and it was sitting on my desktop. I immediately went to computerhope.com help section and went on the chat area asked them about the problem and what steps i took, I told them I did the destructive recovery and i still have the virus or trojans on my computer they told me about an online scanner by microsoft that detects virus malware etc. The scanner by microsoft is called Protection Center - Windows Live OneCare safety scanner. They also have a phone number that you can call for help on viruses it is free . Anyways I did the scan which was advised before calling them. when the scan finished it detected 4151 items viruses and trojans. The program execute the cleanup process then deleted the 4151 detection successfully. I called them up and they checked if there was any addition stuff on my computer and they found one program and they deleted it. Now I believe that my computer is ok . There is no errors like before when i start my computer it is fine . But when I installed mcafee on my system and did a quick scan it found 4 critical items. I then restarted my computer and did the quick scan again and it did not find anything else . Now to make sure that I do not have the virus again I am executing a full scan. What should I do next to make sure that the microsoft online scanner and the mcafee scanner have detected all viruses or trojans.

I don't think you did a destructive restore then. Unless the detructive restore did not format the partition before reinstalling windows.

The only I can think of is to remove those two horrible programs
And install/run free Avira and free Malwarebytes on your system :D
Personally I don't feel that McAfee is all that good (IMO)

I think that malwarebytes is not so good of a program because when I scanned my system with mcafee it found things that malwarebyte did not find and could not delete like trojans. Avira is good but I will still stick with mcafee and one online scanner either trendmicro or kaspersy. But that does not mean that I will not use malwarebyte once in a while to scan my computer. What makes you say that mcafee is not a good virus program.

Malwarebytes is the best ;) But it removes Adware; Trojans; Spyware and things like that
Antivirus removes Virus and some Malware
Generally it is said that you should have a good Antivirus installed and two Malware removal programs ie Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware will do

Mcafee is basically the MS preferred Antivirus software (of all the 3rd party Antivirus programs)
Similar to Norton, it is well advertised, and due to this the company does not need to try as hard (ie they'll get to it eventually ;))

From my own personal testing (note this is all based upon my own personal opinion) I have run scans with Mcafee, then uninstalled it, then run the Mcafee Removal Tool (as it won't uninstall fully without it !!)
Then Restart
Then download and install the FREE Avira Antivirus
Update it and run a full scan. And have then found and removed even more "Malware" (obviously generally Virus)

Its a case of PAID Vs. FREE; and I believe the FREE version wins :)
