Looking for a Super Nintendo!

yeah, so I'm looking to find myself a super nintendo console and 1 controller. I have never used Ebay but I saw a few things on there.

Is Ebay good/reliable? Any other sources to get a SNES console.

I just found my old game collection at the folks house and I want to find a console now since my original snes crapped out years and years ago!

ebay if very reliable, and probably your best bet. just make sure you check the sellers feedback and what not.

Okay cool, now my next question, i see very few 'original' consoles, I mainly see 'compact' or those third party ones that play nes and snes cartridges, are they any good?

Should I stick with original format machine?

i have one as well, along with an original NES
