What version of utorrent is best?

my system is
microsoft windows 32-bit vista black edition .
amd athlon 7750 2.7 dual core processor
nvidia 8400 gs
graphics 2g ddr2

i have watched loads of youtube videos 2 increase speed. all recommend different versions. does any1 know the truth.

also if sum1 knows the best version. could sum1 tell the best bandwith settings to max it out. or maybe you can get some sort of accelerator? im on 10mb with virgin . i tested my speed i have 10mb download and 0.5 mb upload. the quickest speed i've had so far is 300kB at 1 point i was getting 700kB jus from messing with settings but i messed to much. im obviously no wizard and need help.
 
You better read the forum rules as we can't offer you any help. Utorrent is a file sharing program which in most circumstances is illegal. Also you are running a illegitimate version of Vista which is Illegal.
 
Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate with SP2 (32bit). this was payed for it came in black packaging i've been told. the computer shop put it on. i went on downloads.com and found utorrent i persumed it was legal, it said millions have it. my mistake then. thnx
 
There is not a Microsoft release of Vista black edition. Yeah, you probably paid for it, but its not an official released operating system. Does your system properties say Ultimate?
 
uTorrent is legal and we allow general discussions regarding the app. This thread is fine, so long as you're not looking for advice on downloading copyrighted material, which doesn't seem to be the case here.

Thanks for clearing that up Mep

So we can give him advice on which version of utorrent to download. We just can't say hey download this movie or anything like that.

Thanks for clearing that up. Thats why I said in most circumstances utorrent is illegal. We all know that it used for downloading copyrighted material for the most part.
