I need some help selecting it.

here are a few specs, idk which u need

3.0 dual core intel processor
4gb ram
power supply model: lc-a420atx 12v
1 pci express slot (currently used by a 256 video card)
2 pci slots

when i bought this computer last christmas i read some reviews on how the power supply cant handle a high end graphics card so im a cautious about which one i should get. And it cant go over 75$.

4670 is a mainstream graphics card. Made for the majority of computer users. It's inexpensive, it will let you play most games. It won't run Crysis though. It's a little old -- there's newer stuff now.

You'll probably need a new power supply. I can't find the power requirements for this card anywhere. I think it needs at least 400W.

?

No problems here , you can play it ok just don´t expect to max it out.
For perfomance /power draw ratio I hav´nt seen a better card than the 4670 on the market.
