I have a Samsung Propel Pro form AT&T running Windows Mobile 6.1. I'm looking to connect it via USB so I can connect to the internet (like an air card) but I don't know how to do it.

Can anyone help me?

make sure you have the Tethering plan, or that could cost you ALOT of money. Technically tethering is another $30/month through AT&T, it does not include your data plan for the phone.

But it should just use the data plan as it's just like accessing the internet with the phone.

Since you're running WM6.1, you should be able to install Windows ICS (Internet Connection Sharing), connect your computer via USB and run the application for an internet connection, but don't quote me as your provider might have locked something out in the ROM.

It works great on my Verizon Touch Pro2, and I don't have tethering. In fact, it comes with the Verizon Touch Pro2, it just doesn't have a shortcut to it in the menu.

I won't attach the program here, even though it's everywhere on the internet and widely distributed on many, many forums and websites. I don't want to deal with the CF Police

Google "ICSInstall.cab" and you'll find it.

Yes, you technically need to buy the tethering plan for your device. That allows you to do what you want
