Hi, ok i have a pc power & cooling turbo-cool 860 watt psu and and two nivida GTX275 cards. The thing is the psu has four 6 pin pci-e plugs, 2 of which has a 2 pin plug joined to them. The gtx 275 has two 6 pin sockets, do i plug both 6 pin plugs into sockets and not use the 2 pin plugs. or just use the 6 pin plug in in one socket and the 2 pin plug in the other socket.
I have mailed the psu company, still waiting a reply.
thanks for looking

You just use the 6pin plug and do nothing with the other two pins. The two pins are to use for graphics cards the require an 8pin connector instead of a 6pin connector.

Ok, so i use the four 6 pin plugs and do nothing with the 2 pins
thanks

Yep that's right just forget the 2pin connectors are even there.

Cool, thats how i did have it, but doupt crept in and i thought, maybe this is wrong. Thanks for your help and time and a super fast answer. all i have to do now is plug it in and turn the new computer on for the first time. Then the task of installing the o/s drivers etc, i'm sure you know what i mean.
Thanks again Fatback :)
