This may be a bit unrelated, but has anyone every tried to fry an egg on any of the 8, 9, or 200 series cards or their ati equivalents?
EDIT:
I just ran 3dmark vantage and after the 2 GPU tests my GTS 250 reached 172 degrees.
According to:
http://www.ncegg.org/EggInformation/TeachYourself/Canasidewalkcookanegg/tabid/133/Default.aspx
eggs need to reach 144-158 to turn to solid.
It is possible to fry an egg on your GPU, but I don't know about the outer case.
