Does anyone know of a sight where you can scan and download all drivers that you need ? All the ones i have seen are free downloads and tell you what drivers need updating - then they want your hard earned !

Don't bother with those programs. They are junk and typically full of spyware/malware. You're better off just finding your drivers from the software manufactures and downloading them yourself. And as for updating your driver, I really wouldn't bother unless you're having problems. Sometimes new drivers can cause more harm than good, and it's rare you really gain that much from them. About the only driver I'd even consider updating on a regular basis is the graphics driver. However, that's only if you game, and again, I have seen it cause worse performance.

The reason i asked is i have just done aclean install on XP 3 and still have one hardware error. That being Audio device on high definition audio bus.
All the software has been loaed but this will just not load.

I seriously doubt such software would be of any assistance. What motherboard or system are we talking about here? Have you gotten the drivers from the manufactures website? If so and these don't work, have you looked into alternative sources? If it's say a Realtek audio card/codec, you can typically find these on their website.

Running XP 3 NVIDIA Network Bus Enumerator and ATI function driver for high definition audio -ATIAA01

Those would be part of the network card and the ATI device is for your video card. It looks like you are still needing the driver for the onboard sound. Look in device manager and right click on the device not installed yet and click properties. Click on the details tab and tell me what the vendor and device id's are, each one has 4 digits.

Nothing there just the following:

hdaudiofunc_01&ven_10ec&dev_0662&subsys_10438290&rev_1001\4&2b1c953&0&0001
(All in Capitals but i didn't want to shout)

Tried that.

The Zip file would not download so i went to the next row and downloaded that file. That was fine until the end when i got an error message of 0XE0000227

70 is faster than 15, no?

Besides, I have a premium account and it downloaded at 323 for me. :D

Anyway, the error is when you install the driver?
