It's not really that hard, http://www.computerforum.com/104641-how-build-computer-step-step-photos.html , All you need to do is ground yourself so you don't fry any hardware Oh! and put the hardware where they belong xD

Dont I need a sound card?

What do i need to connect to a wifi network?

Is there any other parts I need?

Would this be a good cpu cooling fan?

You don't need a soundcard unless you listen to music a lot and have a surround sound system.

If you can, spend a little extra for a 4870 (if your PSU has 2x pci-e 6 pin connectors)

the 4830 isn't a bad card, but it's not super powerful either. Don't get it of you want to game at anything over 1280x1024 resolution.
