Looking for a good gaming laptop

I'm in the market for a new computer and instead of going with another desktop i wanna get a laptop i know they aren't as powerful and they are like twice as expensive but it's what i want now I've been looking around and I've seen some nice ones i was looking at some Asus laptops and they seem to be pretty sound but the problem is I have no way of getting them because from what I've heard they aren't carried in most Canadian stores and buying online is out of the question so my question to you is does anyone know a Canadian store that I could buy one from or a better laptop that could be purchased in Canada
