computer wont start

You're bios is probably out of date. Assuming you upgraded, reinstall the old processor, upgrade your bios to the latest revision, then install the new processor.

after flashing the bios computer gets stuck when loading the windows. or it gets stuck when windows are loaded. What should i do?

it has gone further before it did not do anything. yest night it got to load windows and then it got stuck after few seconds. now it shows that its loading windows and then keyboard num lock turns off and it does not do anything. what if i load older version of bios. i loaded the newest one yest. would that change anything? or maybe i need to reinstall windows again.

I would do a fresh install of windows, that should solve your problem. Your not running a raid setup or anything are you? When you upgraded the bios it would have set everything back to defaults.

no its a default setup. is there a way to reinstall windows without erasing old data files. i have some documents that i need on the hard drive. i will do a fresh install after i copy old files.

You must be running a raid or ahci setup. Thats the only way you will get that message. How many hard drives do you have in this setup? Check the bios for sata controller option, see what its set for... could be native ide, ide, raid, or ahci.

Then like I said look in the bios for sata controller option. See if you can change it to either IDE or native IDE and then reinstall windows and you should be good to go.
