I have a question about downloading drivers from Dell's website. I downladed the drivers I thought I needed. It turns out there were more drivers I needed. Now when I go to Dell's support page, Instead of giving me the option to choose my pc model and such, it says is please id your product to continue with no drop boxes for me to choose from. It's just blank. Why is it doing this? Any help is appreciated.

It previously allowed me to do this. Now, it tells me to select the model, but there is nothing to select. No drop boxes or anything.
Delete your temp files and cookies and try again.

This may be a stupid questin, but how do you know which specific driver listed on dell's website to install for a specific device? For example, i need to install an SM Bus driver. I'm not sure which to download from their site. I guess what I am trying to ask is how do you match the device with the driver since their are multiple drivers for the same device listed?
Usually i say yes and overwrite it as long as its a newer file.
The smbus driver will be with the chipset driver...
