Which case is better and why?

The HAF is better not just casue i have it but it COOLs well. Not to mention the spave for 3 200mm fans. The case is very quiet compared to 120mm fans.

Not to mention the HAF is Wider. I prefer wider cases than taller due to being able to hold the larger upcoming heat sinks.

I personally dont like the looks of the haf at all. It needs some black paint inside. Dont like the hdd slots sideways like that either.

Anyways, those two cases shouldnt even be compared. They are not even in same price range.

HAF still beats the 900 case. 120mm fans will never be quiet especially the ones the 900 comes with. I dont even hear my case with 3 200mm fans and 2 140s.

The HAF would be better...and its cheaper this time round with the deal....id snap that up!

The 690 is a great case though,i have one and know a few others in here have one all all love theirs.

Why not buy this? Cheaper and superior (metal vs cheap plastic)

It looks cool and it pushes a lot of air and on low its silent and still keeps your case chilly while gaming.

I would not buy this one because i hear many people say that the fans are really loud. I mean i like it but i just dont like noisy fans. On my old build my fans are loud and i'm tired of it lol i just want something quiet.

Larger fans spin slower, therefore make less noise.

My 230mm fans on my HAF 932 are whisper quiet.

If you want good cooling and no noise, get the HAF.

I know it has smaller fans than mine, but they spec
the same. 700 RPM / 19 dBA

Yea but does it get dust inside the case? cuz i see many places that are basically open and the RC-690 is kind of closed case.

The 690 is all mesh in the front, just like the HAF, only the mesh is tighter (smaller holes) so it looks like they're solid panels.

Dust is going to get into any case, "open" or "closed".

If you're looking for a case you'll never have to keep clean, you'll never find it.

The 200mm fans in the HAF are just as loud as the 120mm's in the 690. Personally i prefer the 690 over the HAF by a good margin.

I'm getting the HAF-922 and i was wondering will ati radeon 5870 fit in it? just making sure before i purchase it.

Go on Youtube and search 3DGameMan... he thoroughly goes through every freakin' aspect of the case... including GPU compatibility.

Also, 922, because I like red and black and the 690 looks too average.
