Help with Nvidia 7800 GT SLI

I have a problem when i am gaming on my computer, it likes to freeze up and just sits there and right as soon as i click my mouse buttons it likes to making a beeping noise and sometimes after that it will go back to my games with no problem. But at other times it will keep beeping, over and over again. Ill post my computer Specs to maybe get some help. I have a suspicion its my video cards but i am not sure.

Specs:
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual
Core Processor 5400+
2.81 GHz, 2.75 GB RAM
Physical Address Extension
*Nvidia GeForce 7800 GT x2 (running SLI)

Ill post more if anyone needs information on helping me fix my problem. TY
 
haha, i was like man, guys its not that complicated :D thats an interesting ram set up i must admit...
 
But back to the problem guys! *Points to the first post* I can't be of help right now, sorry, as it is like 12:30 and my eyes are already half-closed... *yawns, rubs eyes*

And I thought you had to have the same amount of memory in each channel... so how could he have a 2+1/4 and a 1/4+1/4?

u can have as much as u want in each channel, it just wont run in dual channel if theyre different, but it still works fine
