So my girlfriend wants to start playing WoW with me, and she wants to play Sims3 also. I quickly threw this build together and wanted some feed back.

X48 + E8400 costs more than P55 + i5 750 and it is much slower

Mobo + CPU - Get Core i5 + P55.
If you really want E8400, get P43/ P45. Since you are not using ATI card, X48 no use... And in long term, this is not a good option as there is limited upgrade ability.

RAM - DDR2 533 too slow. Get DDR2 800 is basic

Thank you(every one else) for the feed back. This is why i posted this because i threw that together in like 10mins i wasnt really looking too deep. All of you gave some good feed back that helped save me like 50$ for an slightly better build.
