this processor should be stable at 3.2 without a voltage bump its about .01-.05 (if im remembering correctly) volt higher than the 630 not sure whyIf your planning on overclocking then you need a better heatsink. You can bump your vcore to 1.4 or 1.45 and it should be fine for 24/7 operation. This will increase the temps and yeild a higher overclock. I do not think this is trashing the cpu if you have the right cooler. What is vcore set to stock ?? This is bascially a 955 than has been underclocked and has no L3 cache or unlocked multiplier.
also i recommend everest ultimate its from lavalys for monitoring your temps if you have vista or windows 7 it has a really nice sidebar item
