this processor should be stable at 3.2 without a voltage bump its about .01-.05 (if im remembering correctly) volt higher than the 630 not sure why
also i recommend everest ultimate its from lavalys for monitoring your temps if you have vista or windows 7 it has a really nice sidebar item :)
 
Overclocking the 620 really depends, first of how good of a yield cores you got. Second of how much you want to tweak your HT and memory since its a locked processor. After you bump up your bus so much you will either have to raise your HT Voltage and memory voltage plus play around with your memory timing. Or easier to just set back the multiplyer for the HT and memory and keep it closer to stock as you up you bus speed.

Oh noes! I think I just forgot the stock RAM multiplier, because I set it to 4.00x so it wouldn't interfere with the OC and I can isolate variables better, any idea? I have this memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...274&cm_re=ripjaws_1333-_-20-231-274-_-Product
 
Also, I don't have a lot a money left, so how would a CM 212+ do? I'm thinking of getting it instead because well, it's like $20 cheaper and I can use that $20 to start saving for my next build.

Dont like either one really, the X is a pain to mount the right way on a AMD and the CM you need to take the board out and doesnt really cool that well. Mine just about cools as well as the CM 212, with the CM fan on high and mine set to low. And you can mount mine any direction you want plus you dont have to take the board out.

I could get a CM V8 if I had enough money to buy yours. I'm on a pretty tight budget due to the holidays.
