The motherboard is not the only thing that needs to be considered if you are gaming. You would need a good dedicated video card, a good processor, and memory. What operating system would you be using?

Presently I m using Windows XP in my old PC but after getting a new one I will use Windows 7 ultimate.
Processor: Q8400 (Quad core) ( http://processorfinder.intel.com/details.aspx?sSpec=SLGT6 )
Mobo: Intel DP45SG
Graphic card: nvidia geforce 8600GT
RAM : This mobo supports DDR3,so 2x4 GB RAM
Cabinet: Cooler master: elite 335
PSU: CM 600 watts

Is this configuration good for me to play games such as GTA4 or not? If not please suggest some good configuration.My budget is Rs.30,000 INR excluding monitor

Yeah me neither. Anyways, I also think that video card is a bit underpowered for that extreme rig. Just go out and pay either $50 for a Radeon HD 4670 or a Geforce 9600, or $100 for something like a Geforce 9800 or a Geforce GTS 250. I'm not sure what the Radeons are at the $100 mark.
