New Monitor

hey everyone, I will be buying a new monitor in about a month or something, and i am really just after a nice cheap one because i don't have much cash to spare.
Does this one look any good for a reasonably priced monitor?

i have this monitor and its very very good, not the exact one though ive got the one without the built in tv
