I/O panel really doesnt matter. But it depends on what screw your talking about. Plus did you place all the standoffs in the right places?

Those with preformed standoffs/risers, if there was any where they didnt match a screw hole in the board, you need to put a strip of like electrical tape over the top of it, so it wont ground out against bottom of the motherboard.

Did you use the right screws? One has fine threads and one has course threads. You may have grabbed the wrong screws. It almost sounds like the case is shorting against something though since it boots on its side.

o and whenever its upright the graphics card wont give out a signal im thinking its becasue of the tooless entry buts it pissing me off

Remove the motherboard from the case and try again. Look in there and make sure there is no part of the motherboard touching the case, except by the standoffs. Is it possible that there is a loose screw behind the motherboard?

lol problay like i said i rushed thru because it was making mad so i really grabbed any screw and screwed it in place
also i have little washers should i put that one there also

If they are rubber or plastic washers they usually go between the screw and the top of the motherboard.

Sometimes m3 screws are used, just depending on the standoff. I bet if you remove all your screws, you'll find a mix of the 2 kinds, replace with the correct ones.

The only time you need to use those washers is if you have to use a mounting hole in the board that doesnt have the metal grounding strip around them.
