will cod4 work on my pc?

just played the demo of it i didnt even think of that haha
but i get about 15fps minimum on realy crowded look of the map and up to 120fps on a very smooth textures this is on lowest settings so ima buy it and then i will get a new motherboard could any1 please help me find one?
prefebly on ebuyer because i ordered from them before and i like them =] im not sure if all motherboard would work with my PSU my DVD+R and processor and things? if u need any informtation reply

Is this an OEM computer? Like from some major company like Dell, HP, etc? If so, then the power on/off connectors on the case will probably very hard to fit into a new motherboard, since they were made exactly for that one. I don't know if the PSU will hold out either.

no its actualy a embarrising eMachines hahaha lol im not sure what the power supply is how do i check?
i also bought another 1GB ram so now i have HD4350 512mb and
1.5GB ram

Gotta open the side and look for a big silver block will have wattage on the side of it. Should be at the top of the case and should be on its side so you can easily read it.

I would wager its 300-350w. Most the time upgrading with "stock" systems like that you have to upgrade the PSU with the GPU as the power supplies that come with them are usually trash, aka low efficiency and low amps.

I wonder do you have the game yet or a friend with it? So you can test and see if the game will run on your current set up?

Look, Analizer has 2x 5870, damn. Where do you get your money :P

oh, I didn't notice that. Guess I shouldn't ask how much a pint of milk is then

much better off building one from scratch. cheap pre-built computers and upgrades don't go well together.

^yup lol.

The only way you would be able to play COD4 is to play it at something horrible like 800x600 resolution.

+1. If you get a new case you can probably put the mobo, CPU, memory and hard Drives in and buy a new power supply and graphics card, because to get a new graphics card you will need a new psu but a decent psu won't fit in a prebuilt system case most probably
