those links on tiger are obsolete,
but as far as i know your gonna need at least 4gb ddr2 ram by the look of the board, i would suggest:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231144 x2
then your case and pcu if you looking to save money should probably be bought as a bundle so i found this:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147129
it has a 500w psu so it should be enough for you needs.
also your gonna need a hard drive, so i found:

oh and optical drives so heres:

ok sorry about that lemme try again.

i did some more looking and found that the mother board does not have seta plugs witch i need. and what exactly does overclocked mean?

lemme try these links again

dont worry, it looks fine but you still need a hdd and i would get a 550w psu, i would also go with the second gpu. and are you 100% decided that you wanna go with intel you could get a better cpu for less with amd.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produ...iption=&Ntk=&CFG=&SpeTabStoreType=&srchInDesc=
its not a whole lot less but it is a faster cpu and you get more bang for you buck with amd.

the thing is i need a socket 775 processor amd doesn't seem to have that.

is the core 2 quad a good processor? im not gong to be doing anything real serious.

Lol, yeah, Socket 775 is an Intel socket. AMD sockets are (ex: AM2, AM2+, AM3). Can you elaborate on "nothing real serious?" But a C2Q should be fine.
