Hi guys, i was wondering if you could give my build and some options a thorough look over. i will be able to afford Option 1 in about a 2 months. i would like to have the option of putting a second Video card in the future, with that in mind will i NEED that upgraded PSU on the list?
will i need it without the option of a second Video card?
if i waited it out and got the second option how much of a performance benefit would i REALLY see for that much more money?

1. Will all of the components work in option 1?
2. is the PSU in option 1 "enough"?
3. if i want to upgrade in the future and get another video card, will the first PSU still be enough?

Yes all of the items in option number one will work together, the psu will not however run two of your cards in sli, possibly it might just I would not try to do so myself your going to want to go with a 650watt corsair for 90.00. That will future proof your system the processor is good however I would step up in to a quad core amd if you go with the first build. The second build is good however it is just a little bit more pricey, it all depends on your budget I am in the same boat myself.

thanks for the info Etzelr1990. I think i'll just wait it out and get the second option. i believe that option will be better in the short and long run. i'm hoping it will be more "future proof" and upgradeable. and i'll probably save a lil more money by reusing my current case. i'll get that new one when i upgrade to the second Video card. thanks again.

Hey not a problem, yeah I definitely agree with you. Just watch out on the case, just make sure the cooling is up to par the video card and most of all the cpu is going to put out a lot of heat.

Best of luck to you
