a faster cpu for my computer

ok, so im kinda of noob with cpu's. im looking into getting a faster cpu for my computer? is there anything i need to watch out for or think about? can i just use any cpu? do some cpu's only work in certain computers?

Well unless I am wrong it shows it as a Labtop am I correct?

If so the odds of you being able to upgrade are very very very slim as they usually solder the CPU to the motherboard making it impossible to change chips.

but back to the subject. thats is a netbook, the processor is NOT upgradeable. but you can upgrade the ram, that will give a small performance boost.
