Internet background color changed, how to correct?

Got a call from my mom. She states that the background color changed when browsing the internet.

Like changing the desktop color, is there a way to change colors of website backgrounds? I did not think so..
 
It's kind of hard to tell whats going on without actually seeing the screen. Could it be that the monitor is dying? Did she change her background on accident?

Well for example, the website www.TucsonComputerRepairs.com has a background that is a minty blue. It is my site. I built it. She states that when she views the website, it is pink but the logos, fonts and pictures are not effected.

www.google.com has a white back ground today, she says it is pink.

She states all webpages on the internet have a pink background, just the background, not pictures, fonts or logos.

I've tried to duplicate the problem but I can't. She monitor is not going bad.

I asked my mom when did this happen, she stated she was playing with the settings on the pc. Once again, I can't duplicate the problem. By the way, she is using XP Pro.
