What is the best pc case for...

What is the best pc case for x3 5770s, sound card, 4x 2gb ram, x3 hdds and a H50 cooler. Im a little picky, I need good reverse airflow (for H50), and I'd like some thing with a tiny blue (like lights). Price range is $40 - $160.

Yeap, I just wish the ones that came with my 690 were less loud! But don't let that skew your judgment. It's still a great case, but now I need to switch a fan out. Honestly, when your gaming, you won't notice it at all if you get a "loud-ish" fan. It's not even that loud, just that my ears are more sensitive to sound.
