Sentinel 690 White Paint Job ("Work Log")

Well, decided to start on painting my CM 690! Before I start:

Honestly, the camera and the lighting doesn't do the gloss white and justice. Just pretend it's "whiter... and shinier"

Unfortunately, it's nearing the end of the day and I run out of primer so I can't paint the front/top bezels and I've also run out of gloss white paint. I'll probably continue tomorrow, if my dad remembers to make a quick run to the Home Depot tonight :good:. So... that's pretty much it for today .

Suggestions/comments/constructive criticism encouraged!

you should do multiple layers, allowing them to dry in between coats, and sanding as well, the reason i say that, is because it looks like you applied it too heavily in the last picture, and got a drip

Your right I see it now that I looked again. Then again though its on the front panel which will be covered up right? If so it doesn't matter there

Yeah, only problem with glossy paint, lol.

I found using carwax after you apply a clear coat works wonders. Try it :good:

Yeah, 690's a pretty awesome case, especially for the price :good:
