Just bought modern warfare 2 and Crysis. Really good games btw. I need a gaming keyboard. I prefer Logitech, maybe wireless.

Any recommendations?

I'm looking to spend under $50

I saw this one but is there anything more competitive for gaming

I can vouch for the Sidewinder it is an awesome keyboard looks amazing!

I personally got the G15. Build quality is pretty average most break after a year or so... Mine didn't but I did strap up the cable because of connectivity problems

No its the first one that came out. The second revised one that came out doesn't work with some plugins that you can get for the LCD screen.

G19 is the latest one and its like $350NZ so like 150-200US I think. That one has a color screen but costs far too much.

Woah! That Cyborg is intense!

Another good keyboard is the Razer Lycosa my friend has it and its preetty.

I got a Sidewinder X6 and it is really great! A little bit expensive.

Same i love it! To bad i just broke it. Lol

Knocked Lucazade on the keyboard if anyone wants to know and i think its shorted the key config so i press A for Capslock G for Space bar etc lol

Just get something easy like a G15 or the X6 unless they don't appeal to you.

Your not going to upgrade your keyboard every year unless your rich get something that will last and you will be happy with don't go with cheap just because its cheap.

With the first version of the G15 you can press down 6 keys at once.

I have a noob question... with gaming keyboards can you press buttons at the same time that you normally couldn't on a normal keyboard...

for exaple space ctrl w and a in counterstrike... doesn't work with my keyboard :(

I have the Saitek Eclipse II. It's backlit and is a nice keyboard, though it doesn't have any macro keys, it has media controls though. I'd recommend it if your not after gaming macro keys.

Whatever you get - get a backlit keyboard. Finally got around to picking up a G15 on sale - and can't imagine ever going back to non-backlit keyboard.

Even in a lit room - backlit is a keeper :good:

Yes you can... Most normal keyboards you can't press more than 3ish keys at once but on gaming keyboards you can press around 6. (Which is lots)
