Assembly binding problem?

Thank you for taking the time to look at this. I am totally stumped. I seem to only have this issue when trying to use "connectify". Connectify is a windows 7 only program that allows you to create a Wifi access point using software and Windows 7.

above is the error I am getting. I also noticed that when I boot my computer the system resources go extremely high until i kill the connectify process.

Thank you for any help you can offer.

p.s. I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the software but that did not help and neither did a system restore. I am not sure if this helps, but I had been messing around with the 'programs and features' and the 'turn windows features on and off' tabs in the control panel. All i turned off and then turned back on was the Windows 7 search function, but it is back on now.

Looks like is missing a file in your connectify program.
I read a little about it and looks like is still in BETA stage so isnt really stable at the moment..
What you can do is unistall it, go to C:\Program Files and look for the folder that was left behind after unistalling the connectify (just to make sure that nothing is left behind)
download a fresh copy from their website and install it.
test it a see if its ok now..
Hope that helps

Thank you for the advice.

I searched my entire C: drive for anything that had "connectify" in it, and I then deleted it.

I reinstalled the program and I got the same error.

I know it is in BETA but this never happened before, I was using fine for months through all the releases. I just don't know what the heck happened and why it isn't working.

Do you think my messing around in the "turn windows features on and off" is to blame? If it is, I am pretty sure I already put all the settings back the way they were.

Well, looks like some update or configurations is not allowing you to start the program correctly.
The things that you tried so far so solve the problem are just about it (execpt formatting your PC).What you can do is send a email to the conectify
team and send them the eeror that you post here earlier and let them help you.
The email from them is [email protected]
Hope that helps getting your program running soon.
