so i have the setup in my sig. a core 2 q6600 overclocked from a stock
2.4ghz w/ a 1066 fsb, to 3.2ghz w/ a 1600fsb. my vcore is normal at 1.28v. i idle around 33c, and intel burn test or prime95 @ 100% cpu usage after an hour gets it up to around 50c. im using the corsair h50. paid $64 for it. i know the temps are fine, but im wondering if i could get them lower using a different cooler for the same price. ive struggled with getting the right cooler and im not sure if i want to settle with this one, so if anyone can help with a better cooler that will get me better results for the same price or cheaper it would be great. id like it o support a 120mm fan, as i have one that is pretty powerful. you could blowdry your hair with the fan i have. anyways thanks for the suggestions
