Looking for Auto-Shutdown program

I've found some via google, but none had the one major quality I was looking for. Which is that it gives you something like 30 seconds to suspend the shutdown for an hour or thereabouts.

Not sure what you are looking for..
I use a timmer to shutdown or suspend the computer.

Looks like most of the other ones I was looking at. Only thing missing is the ability to suspend the shutdown.

Dunno if this might help, but an example would be like I set the program to shutdown the computer at 11pm, but I'm still using the computer. So I want the program to ask me if you want to shutdown and if there is no response within..say 30 seconds, it'll shutdown.

Hopefully that makes what I'm trying to ask a little clearer.
