If i was to buy a laptop for everyday use with quite alot of speed and power (screen size and portabilility dont matter) what would you reccomend in the price range of 250 - 350£

Just everyday use... but without the dreadful slowness some computers have. I would want it clean and fast and fairly reliable.
And by everyday use I mean just surfing the internet, listening to music, doing work, stuff like that
