Ps3 headset

im looking to get a headset to improve my game so i can hear people coming better. I can hear them on my speakers but not well enough to get a direction. If I purchase a cheap head set like this

A headset would be a good idea although I'm not exactly sure I would recommend USB. I have a Creative Fatal1ty USB headset and I usually get problems with audio drivers on my computer.

im talking about ps3 so there would be no drivers and there is no other option...

I would suggest you to get a headset that was made by a well known company because for the quality of the sound. It will probably cost you a bit more but at least you are getting a good headset.

If you want to not only hear them coming, but hear which direction, you're better off with a gaming headset. The ones you posted look like headphones for Skype and stuff. But if you get a gaming headset, you can hear if they're behind you, next to you, ect.

I use the one I got with SOCOM. I sold SOCOM because I liked the PSP versions better, but I kept the bluetooth headset
