I am not familiar with the HAF 233 case, so I can not comment on that. Otherwise your choice of components does not appear to have any compatibility issues. I will mention that Newegg currently has a combo with the CPU and motherboard you selected for $479 shipped. Also, if you are planning on overclocking you will probably want to add an aftermarket CPU cooler to your list.

can u give me some recommend me some cooling system? i dont feel like watering or re putting some glue looking on the cpu or something, i like air better (fans) :D

V8 is overpriced, and overrated. it is a good cooler though, but there are better options for that price. A Thermalright TRUE 120 would suit you better (providied your case is big enough, i'd say it is)

Couldn't find the Thermalright TRUE 120 on newegg =/
The Radeon HD5770 roughly as powerful as a GTX 260, but has better features, uses much less power, and is cheaper:

I'd go for an HD5850 or 5870 though...otherwise you're just bottlenecking your CPU. No point having a top of the line processor and a mid-grade GPU, you know?

well 920 is not exactly top of the line processor in my opinion unless I overclock to the similarity of the 975 that I heard and
what do u mean roughly as powerful as 260 GTX? i can TRY to get the 5850 but which 1 tho there r so many options on newegg

I mean the 5770 is about as powerful as the GTX260. I think the 260 is actually a little more powerful, but not enough that it makes a difference. The 5770 has DirectX 11 though, so it's a better choice.

Like he said above, XFX's double lifetime warranty is the best in the business.

What about the 5770 bottlenecking the 920?

Ima choose the V8 Cooler and it has $15 rebate

Basically, the 920 is powerful enough to play just about any game on max settings. The 5770 will do that with most games as well, but you may have to drop the settings down a bit on some of them. Not so with a 5850....it'll pwn anything.

Ok I'll pick the XFX 5850 for $299.99
