Homebuild is too loud. Alternative cooling options?

I built my own rig (check my sig for details) and the dang thing is just WAY too loud. I would like to change my cooling to something a bit quieter. I would like to get a liquid cooling system if possible, but I would rather not spend more that $100. If I were to go with a liquid cooling system, my biggest concern would be the CPU, not a full system. Really price and noise level are my two biggest constraints. Any suggestions?

Fans come in several RPM speeds - maybe swap out your case fans with slower ones? Also, you could try a fan controller to manually adjust them.

How are the fans connected? If they plug into the motherboard, you should be able to manage their speeds and slow them down a bit.

If you look into new fans, locate some with high CFMs. If you can find a fan with high air flow, you could then slow it down and still get decent cooling.

First...it appears you are using your case power supply, VERY bad idea.

Second...liquid for under $100? Not a true liquid system. What fans in your rig are the loudest? You could replace a few case fans as well as cpu fan for under $100, as well as get yourself a decent power supply while you are at it unless your sig is wrong.

um those fans are quite quiet.. 19 Dba, i dont know about the PSU but id switch it out for an antec or corsair at around 600 watts... also antec/corsair make relativly quiet PSU's especially the antec earthwatts..

The fans are all plugged into the power supply, and I am not sure which ones are causing all the noise, all I know is that my system is very loud all the time. Even when I very first turn it on. Is it possible that something other than the fans could be causing all that noise? Yes I am using the default power supply and my CPU fan is just whatever ships with the Phenom II X3. I have seen the Corsair H50 system on Newegg as well as the XIGMATEK AIO-S80DP. They seem to have some good reviews but I wanted the advice of you professionals :). Thanks again for your help! Oh, and I have my fans set to auto in Easy Tune 6. At idle they run about 1000 RPM and get up to 1800 at max. The weird thing is that while I have 2 fans plus my CPU fan, only 1 fan and my CPU fan show up???

Fans will only show up if they are PWM enabled generally.
Also.....
GET RID OF THE CASE POWER SUPPLY
You have no idea how poor the build quality of those units is, seriously, pick up something decent or youll risk the unit failing.

Ok, what kind of power supply would you recommend given my specs below? The power supply generally doesn't make any noise right? You are just suggesting the change due to the poor quality, not the noise correct (don't get me wrong, if you are telling me that this could kill my baby, than a new PSU is practically on its way)?

I owned several of these with no problems it is only a 550w though... it would power your machine no prob and leave you a bit of headroom for a bigger GPU..

Forget rosewill. only get Antec, Corsair, OCZ, Thermaltake, XFX, BFG, Seasonic, Silverstone, or other good quality units. The rosewill is not a good unit.

will the recerts still hold up for a while, or do I need to worry about them not lasting as long? How doe OCZ compare to the BFG that Jason linked to (other than the difference in wattage obviously)? Would it be worth going with the BFG and sacrificing a little wattage to get a new one, or does the recert not make much difference? Thanks

Recerts should last similarly to a new unit, i own a few of those recert 700W units myself, great units for the price. Check out the price for a new 700W gamexstream on newegg, its pretty substantial discount for a recert:D

Sweet, I think I will go ahead and go with that OCZ. Unless anyone around here has an opinion on the one Jason reccomended. I opened up my case, and started unplugging fans, and realized that it does seem like the majority of the noise is coming from the PSU.
